Caballera - Wild Gorgeous Fantasy Art & Festival Wear

All Original Art! Inspired by decorative arts, fantasy and folklore, these pieces are designed to be timeless, wild, and gorgeous.

I love drawing, printmaking, and digital painting, and it's so exciting to put my art on clothing & accessories. Please let me know if you want any pattern on a different item. :)

I'm obsessed with drawing my own original lines, making something new while building on the essence of traditional decorative arts: I'm a big fan of traditional Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles, I love California's 1960's Art Nouveau resurgence, and I've studied decorative arts and folk arts from around the world, especially the arts of my ancestry in the Mediterranean, Himalayas, and South America.

Many of the designs are collaborations with my partner Jeremy Richardson. We've both been entranced by festival culture since our teens, and love combining our drawings with unique colors and textures to make something fantastic, feral, and unique.

Clothing & Accessories: From my original drawings, prints, and digital paintings, printed on high-quality fabrics, garments, shoes, & accessories. I partner with printing companies to make these, since I don't have my own industrial fabric printer yet, or the means to make my own shoes, etc.

Original Art Pieces: Hand-printed archival block prints. I draw the original images and carve the blocks myself. I mix the colors and print them one at a time with ink and rollers, so each has its own color distribution and ink texture - each print is signed, numbered, and dated, and one-of-a-kind.

If you received the wrong item, or if it is not as described, please contact us and we'll be happy to replace your item or refund your payment.

Please choose sizes carefully! Please measure yourself or measure a similar garment that fits you, with a tape measure or a string and ruler.

Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot afford to replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts in the item descriptions.

If you have questions about fitting please ask!

As with all online shopping, images will look slightly different on different screens, so please also allow for a slight variance in color compared to your screen.

Get the Right Size!

Small? Large? Eek! The inconsistency of clothing sizes makes us a little nuts. We're doing our best to conform to conventional sizes. However, like EVERY clothing company, our sizes might be different than other companies' sizes. So we highly recommend that you:

1) See the item descriptions for the sizes and measurements of each piece.

2) Measure yourself carefully, or measure a similar item that fits you. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and a ruler.

3) If you are not sure of your size, please order a size larger than your usual size.

4) Athletic and Swim wear fits like Nike or Speedo. Please consider that it's designed to fit tightly and stay on while you run or swim.
